Here at Country Pearls Goldens we only breed our girls until they are 6 years old, no more than 4 times, or until they tell us they are done, either physically or mentally. We would never breed a dog that wasn’t mentally or physically ready. Our girls are retired by at least 6 years old and live the rest of their lives in amazing homes. Our dogs are all part of the family and do not spend any time in kennels. We don’t even have kennels on our property. Our dogs are crate trained from the very beginning but once they are house trained, we don’t use the crate much at all. We are surrounded by 60 beautiful acres where they spend time running and playing in the fields and curl up next to us for naps. They are taught manners and how to get along with our other animals out here in the country. We love our dogs immensely and feel honored and blessed to be part of this amazing journey with each of them, big and small.

Beaver Creeks Hot Tamale Maisy

Maisy (DOB 06/14/22) is Country Pearl Goldens purebred English Cream Golden Retriever bred out of Beaver Creek Goldens in Brush, CO. Her parents are (sire) Beaver Creek’s It Takes Two To Tango “Tango” and (dam) Beata Winter Fairy Tale “Clover”. Tango is owned by Naddy Cato of Beaver Creek Goldens in Brush, CO. Tango is an International Champion, National Champion, Junior International Champion, AKC Canine Good Citizen title, AKC Trick Dog title, 6 times Best of Breed, and 2 times Best of Sporting Group . Clover is an international and national champion. They are both quite amazing English Cream Golden Retrievers. They’ve both had all genetic testing done and proved negative for any of the harmful diseases that can effect Golden Retrievers.

Maisy girl, crazy Maisy, Maisy daisy, and May May are all nicknames that she is used to being called. This girl is the fastest licker in the west! She will lay one on you if you get too close and you won’t even know what’s coming! She is a very sweet girl that is our most active golden and she loves to run and play. She is very intelligent and picks up new commands quickly. She also learns things on her own quickly as well such as trying to mimic our smiles. She was super easy to crate train and house train, thanks in a big part to her upbringing at Beaver Creek. We are excited to add her to our breeding program and see what her puppies will turn out like. We will get her preliminary testing done soon and her final tests done after that when she turns 2 years old on 6/14/24 so please stay tuned for those results. We do have a waiting list started for her already as we all anticipate a litter from her in late summer of 2024.
